Blowing up the sunshine

I enjoy the color tones and detail in the eyelashes and headscarf. The only thing that bothers me about the image is how her eyes are dissimilar. HER right eye looks aware, as if with a blank gaze, whereas HER left eye looks deceiving and penetrating. I think the 'aware' eye would suit both much better. When I view the image as a whole I feel like I'm looking at two faces joined in the middle and I spend too much time looking at the eye that is more closed. I might even go so far as to add a bit of the headscarf that goes across the forehead to act as a type of border to the face subject. Just a thought. If it were not for the eye it would have made a greater impact with me.
